SMG was formed by Director Joe Smith in 1989. Joe is passionate about quality and when he started SMG his belief was that an appropriate tradesperson would always be used, i.e a carpenter to hang a door, a plumber to install a bath, he has maintained this throughout the years, investing in his staff with time and training, which has been rewarded with a very low turnover of staff and by year on year growth.
We are an ISO9901 and 14001 registered company with formal procedures to underpin the passion and drive of our management team.
The use of sub-contractors within our business is limited wherever possible to those providing specialist services in addition to our own directly employed tradespeople.
